This rigid transparent PVC tape consists of a differential rubber adhesive and a brown corrugated release liner. F10 is used in the flexographic printing industry for mounting printing plates. The tapes rigid PVC carrier makes mounting and repositioning easy and the differential rubber adhesive adheres excellently to both the cylinder and the plate to ensure no plate lift even at high speeds and extended print runs. F10 can be removed cleanly from the cylinders after printing. F10, with its consistent calliper and excellent adhesion values ensure a high quality print.

CUSH38

Cushion 38 consists of a specialised white polytheylene foam with a PVC film. The high compressible PE foam construction of this tape enables higher speeds to be achieved due to the elimination of plate cylinder bounce. The acrylic based adhesive gives this tape an excellent adhesion to both the cylinder and the plate and is easy to readjust and remove cleanly from the cylinders after printing. Cushion 38 helps lengthening the life of plates and allows to produce a finer quality image.
